Meridia Recruitment Solutions has partnered with our client, a full-service recruitment agency specializing in transportation, warehousing, and administrative placements to recruit a Bilingual recruitment manager for their Quebec location.

As a Bilingual recruitment manager, you shall be involved in all aspects of their region as well as  manage recruitment initiatives,  including motivating and providing direction and support to all branch employees. You will be responsible for revenue growth that is consistent with a yearly plan.  This will include actively leading brand and marketing activities, while building customer and candidate relationships. This role will  be reporting to the Director of Operations.  

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, develop, and execute on customer retention, building customer loyalty by providing, ensuring, and monitoring superior service
  • Responsible for growing the business for the region and sourcing new business opportunities
  • Build collaborative relationships throughout the organization and your region, motivate, inspire, and lead by example
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, newly hired employees, and the company; promote a positive relationship between the three
  • Responsible for region's financials to achieve or exceed business objectives
  • Responsible for business strategy and implement vision of business
  • Manage, mentor, coach, counsel, and guide employees on processes, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain applicant database and ensure completion of daily goals

 

Qualifications:

  • A Post-Secondary education, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant work experience  
  • You will bring 5-8  years of account management experience and 3+ years of driver recruitment experience
  • A candidate with Staffing/Agency background will be preferred.
  • A track record for bringing forward new and creative solutions to recruiting opportunities
  • Constantly seeking opportunities to improve the attraction and recruiting process
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills both English and French.
  • Energetic self-starter who enjoys working in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills allowing you to manage multiple projects  while anticipating shifts in priorities
  • Strong organizational skills demonstrating excellent attention to detail
  • Passionate about recruitment and managing a team
  • A keen eye for detail and demonstrating a high sense of urgency in delivering high quality customer service
