Driven by their desire to provide their clients with the best possible service, BOYNECLARKE LLP is looking to engage an experienced Program Manager to establish, plan and lead its change programs.

 

As the Program Manager you will provide day to day leadership, structure, processes, and accountability to the business as it evaluates its current structure and systems and looks for operational efficiencies. This will include developing the program vision and targeted outcomes with internal stakeholders, performing detailed program planning, assessing change and communications needs, developing the change plan, and rolling out each component of the program.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Executive Committee and other internal groups to perform visioning activities
  • Developing an integrated program plan which will bring together all of the project workplans into one master plan which coordinates activities, timelines, sequencing, and ensures clarity and coordination of the program
  • Fully scoping each sub-project and develop a project plan to identify potential roadblocks
  • Launching the implementation program in formal manner, with strong communications to staff
  • Coordinating communications with partners as well as project teams/ activities
  • Monitoring progress over transformation period
  • Assessing the impacts of delays or scope changes on overall project and adjusting if necessary
  • Tracking issues/risks and escalating as required
  • Tracking project resourcing, project expenses and monitoring project needs
  • Preparing weekly reports to Executive Committee to communicate status, progress, and obtaining feedback
  • Providing hands-on support to the projects through additional analysis, design work, and implementation efforts. This will be done through the PMO team and with other resources of the firm, such as partners, professional staff, operations and
  • admin staff.
  • Understanding the change needs of each stakeholder group, understanding precisely what ‘the future’ will look like at a detailed level, and planning supportive and engaging communications to ensure partners understand what is different, that they
  • are ‘on board’ with the future vision, and adopting the required changes as expected
  • Spearheading the change management activities and support necessary as ‘the future’ is defined and new behaviours and norms are adopted

 

As an experienced Program Manager your qualifications are:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in complex work environments
  • A Professional Project Management (PMP) designation and work experience with a professional services environment would be considered an asset
  • The demonstrated ability to lead change and present ideas in a way that gains buy-in from a wide range of stakeholders
  • An ability to work with leaders in an organization and support them in the deliver of their project commitments
  • Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to execute an effective communications plan
  • A curious nature and an interest in understanding the dynamics of an organization which enable to lead the successful execution of projects
