Our client, a leading multinational financial services provider, is currently seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join their team in Corner Brook, NL.

The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) will manage a complex client portfolio with accountability to attract, grow and retain deposit focused commercial clients. This role will be responsible for identifying prospects in target markets, developing proposed sales pipelines, conducting prospect sales calls and qualifying opportunities based on customer information and a high level of due diligence. They will manage a customer portfolio, with business development activities that targets mid-market clients. The CRM is responsible for ensuring effective relationship management, conducting sales planning and fulfilling the execution of service for the existing customer base. The CRM will strengthen client relationships by providing advice and solutions to help their clients succeed. Working within a growth-oriented environment, this position is responsible for delivery of exceptional customer service, cross-selling opportunities, new client acquisition, revenue growth and referral activities.

The preferred candidate will hold an undergraduate degree in business or economics, combined with 2-5 years of commercial banking experience. With an entrepreneurial spirit, you have a natural curiosity to help organizations seek their full potential by partnering them with banking services that best fit their needs. Relationship management is at the heart of commercial banking, and as a natural networker, you thrive in a people-oriented environment which allows you to broaden your connections. With advanced portfolio management capability, combined with strong negotiating and communication skills, you have a proven ability to execute sales activities and manage a pipeline.
