On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting for a Manager, Marketing and Digital Business to join their team of dedicated professionals in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

 

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, and managing a team of marketing professionals, the Manager, Marketing and Digital Business will be responsible for the creation, implementation and sustainability of a marketing strategy that will drive brand identity and company growth. The Manager, Marketing and Digital Business will champion and lead strategies while engaging with key stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and employees.

 

As the ideal candidate, you possess a minimum of 5-10 years related experience. Strong understanding of digital marketing, search engine optimization, social media for business uses, e-commerce platforms, videography and marketing media will be key to success in this role. Product knowledge or B2B marketing experience will be preferred. Experience managing a small team and external vendors is essential. Strong project management and execution skills along with experience with leading the adoption of a CRM or lead management platform is desired. With exceptional interpersonal skills, you possess strong business acumen and are highly analytical by nature. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as a college/university diploma/degree, preferably marketing or business related, is required. Experience with Pardot, AI, automation, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and/or additional courses in sales/marketing, digital marketing, or Google Analytics would be considered a strong asset.
