We are looking for a Project Architect/ Project Manager to join our client’s growing team. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and talented architect with strong leadership qualities.  The primary role will be to plan, organize, and manage the efforts of the design and production team and to provide technical leadership in the production of quality contract documents.  This position is available in their Tulsa and Oklahoma City office.

Job Description

  • Supervise and manage the completion of all project phases on schedule and within budget
  • Deliver high quality presentation, design drawings and construction documents that communicate clearly to government agencies and contractors
  • Coordinate with technical consultants including but not limited to structural engineers, MEP engineers, civil engineers, architectural lighting designers, acoustical consultants, theatrical consultants, and landscape architects
  • Manage client relationships in a manner that leads to satisfaction, exceptional design, and repeat business
  • Review contracts and available resources to strategically plan the work effort needed for successful project completion.

 

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of architectural detailing, current construction standards, construction specifications and building systems
  • Professional degree in architecture; professional registration
  • Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit
  • Experience with construction administration and project close-out
  • Knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations
  • The ability to successfully navigate the permitting process
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
