Now, on their behalf, we are currently recruiting for a Production Warehouse Technician to join their team of passionate and talented individuals.

As a key member of LuminUltra’s Commercial Team, the Production Warehouse Technician will have the following responsibilities:

  • Using caution and care, package materials and prepare orders for shipment;
  • Place materials or products safely and securely in to appropriate packaging;
  • Print labels in preparation of packaging products;
  • Responsible for labelling and kitting products and boxes;
  • Properly maintain the printer or any other equipment used;
  • Shrink wrapping or shrink banding various products, including chemical reagent products in preparation for shipment;
  • Once securely packaged and labelled appropriately, move items to the warehouse in preparation for shipment;
  • Keep working areas clean and organized;
  • Follow OH&S and other applicable policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Breakdown of bulk packs and labelling.
  • Assembling orders from bill of materials list.
  • Receiving products and raw materials.
  • Inventory management, including stock counts, restocking shelves, and monitoring inventory levels.
  • Forklift and other machinery operations.
  • Participate in WHIMIS and TDG training.
  • Provide support to other parts of operations as required.

As the ideal candidate, you possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment and handling sensitive materials is an asset;
  • Able to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment;
  • Must be well organized, detail-oriented and able to manage time effectively to meet demands and tight deadlines;
  • Strong communication skills with a team-oriented mindset;
  • Self-motivated and will take initiative to complete tasks with minimal direction, with a willingness to go above and beyond.
