Now, on their behalf, we are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team of passionate and talented individuals.

As a key member of LuminUltra’s Operations Team, the Warehouse Supervisor will have the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead a team of 3-5 people on a daily basis
  • Primary point of contact for daily operations between LuminUltra and 3rd party warehouses.
  • Supervising warehouse operations and staff and helping the team organize and prioritize.
  • Operation, care and control of equipment necessary to ship and receive (Forklifts etc.)
  • Maintaining storage area by organizing inventory.
  • Assembling orders from bill of materials list.
  • Preparing/sealing boxes for shipment.
  • Printing product documentation for shipping.
  • Receive products and raw materials.
  • Inventory management, including stock counts, restocking of shelves, and monitoring inventory levels.
  • Provide support to other parts of operations as required.

As the ideal candidate, you possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of people to work towards daily goals;
  • Strong communication skills with a team-oriented mindset;
  • 5 or more years of experience working in a similar role;
  • A Licensed forklift operator
  • Able to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment;
  • Must be well organized, detail-oriented and able to manage time effectively to meet demands and tight deadlines;
  • Self-motivated and will take initiative to complete tasks with minimal direction, with a willingness to go above and beyond.
