On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Branch Manager to join their team of dedicated professionals in Moncton, New Brunswick.

 

The Branch Manager has full responsibility for both operational execution and business development working very closely with his or her team of associates. The Branch Manager provides the overall leadership, motivation and management, at the Branch level to positively impact Branch Operations, Estimating, Sales, Rebuild and Administration and to maintain adequate Gross Profit (GP) levels. The Branch Manager promotes Standard Operating Procedures at all levels as the most efficient path to standardization. The Branch Manager recruits, trains and manages using the FirstOnSite Standard Operating Procedures to ensure staff is properly trained in the FirstOnSite methodology.

 

As the ideal candidate, you possess experience working in the Restoration/Emergency industry. Proven job-related success in a construction management role, along with relevant insurance industry work experience i.e. claims, operations etc. will be key to success in the role. IICRC or equivalent certifications would be considered an asset. The ability to effectively use Word, Excel, Outlook, ClaimTrak and XactAnalysis, as well as a basic understanding of invoicing, billing and general math skills is essential. With exceptional communication, organization and interpersonal skills, you possess strong business acumen and are highly analytical by nature.
