On their behalf, we are seeking a Division Director to assume a leadership role within the province and contribute to this very exciting organization.

 

The Director is both a player and a coach and will drive success and growth within their Division. S/he will execute business development strategies to achieve divisional objectives while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. These responsibilities include recruitment, developing and mentoring the team to their highest levels of performance, and providing on-going leadership to ensure the long-term growth and success of the Division. S/he will also be instrumental in building relationships and securing future business opportunities through client acquisition and growing and managing their own practice.

 

We seek a self-motivated, high performance professional with a demonstrated passion and drive to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment. You are known as an excellent leader, collaborator and mentor with demonstrated success in building high performance sales organizations. The ideal candidate will have post-secondary education, previous experience within the financial services sector or a related industry, a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation (or on track to earning one) and/or Financial Services Designations (CLU, CFA, CA, CMA etc.). You motivate others by exemplifying high performance and an innate drive to succeed in a competitive market. You have the leadership experience and people management skills to guide and stretch the organization to continued success through high accountability, consistent best practices, and a commitment to excellence in client service.
