Our client, a boutique and industry leading wealth management consulting firm is seeking a Wealth Management Administrator to join their team of talented professionals. Their hallmark, providing a unique team based approach to wealth management allows their clients to have significantly better outcomes. It is this approach that has allowed their business to prosper and continue grow successfully with locations across the Maritimes and Toronto.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Directly supporting an Advisor or Advisors
  • Client meeting preparation and execution
  • Completing post-meeting commitments, such as the execution of investment trades
  • Executing transactions as requested by clients
  • Responding to all client service enquiries, including from client’s other professional partners
  • Tracking Advisor’s business plan
  • Working in a team environment to ensure best practices and balanced workflow

The ideal candidate’s skills and experiences include:

  • Relevant post secondary education or an acceptable combination of education and progressively responsible work experience
  • Excited, with the desire to pursue knowledge, learn and grow.
  • Ability to take initiative, ownership of outcomes and a pro-active approach to work
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Strong communication skills and active listening skills
  • Exceptional planning, organizational and time management skills
  • Previous experience in handling confidential or sensitive information with integrity
  • Proven experience as a high performer with high attention to detail
  • Completion of CSC or other finance designations will be considered a strong asset
