Role Description:

As a driven, enthusiastic and client-centered individual, you will work with individuals to understand their mental health concerns and provide diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations that will guide the team of therapists. You will review online assessments completed by clients to guide your diagnostic assessment approach and provide them with diagnostic assessments over the phone, while determining their suitability for the digital platform. You will create reports that outline your clinical findings, diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations which will guide the therapists in their treatment of the client. You will be available to therapists for follow up consultations relating to the diagnostic and treatment recommendations you prescribed. As applicable you will consult with Case Managers for Disability Management/Return-to-Work clients. Your Qualifications and Experience:
• Masters’ Degree or PhD in Clinical Psychology
• Registered and in good standing with the College of Psychologists in your province
• Superior written communication skills
• Have experience with, or willing to learn disability management/return-to-work treatment
• Familiarity with CBT and evidence-based practices to treat various mental health conditions
• Eager to increase the efficiency of assessment, triage, clinical decision-making and reporting for mental health care
