Meridia Recruitment Solutions is working with our client to find a Clinical Leadn (Psychologist). We’re searching for a driven, enthusiastic and client-centered individual who is eager to increase the efficiency of assessment, triage, clinical decision making and reporting for mental health care. As a Psychologist, you will work with clients to understand their mental health concerns and provide diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations that will guide the team of therapists to provide therapy through an online platform. You will review online assessments completed by clients to guide your diagnostic assessment approach and provide clients with diagnostic assessments over the phone, while determining suitability for treatment. You naturally excel at conceptualizing the needs of patients and identify as an evidence-based, client-centered practitioner. You will be available to therapists for follow-up consultations relating to the diagnostic and treatment recommendations you prescribed and will consult with Case Managers for Disability Management/Return-to-Work clients. As an experienced Psychologist, you will be the national lead, providing consultation across Canada to other professionals using the platform. Your Qualifications and Experience:
• Masters’ Degree or PhD in Clinical Psychology, with the ability to diagnose
• Registered and in good standing with your provincial College of Psychologists (must provide proof of college registration)
• Superior written communication skills
• Bilingual in English and French (reading and writing)
• Have experience with, or willing to learn disability management/return-to-work treatment
