Bathurst Toyota is regarded as the fastest growing Toyota dealership in Atlantic Canada. Acquired by the Hatheway Auto Group in July 2014, the dealership boasts a strong presence in Bathurst and forecast for continued growth and expansion. On behalf of our client, we are searching for a Sales Manager to join their team in Bathurst, New Brunswick.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Manager is a hardworking, self-motivated individual possessing strong time management skills. As Sales Manager you will be responsible for greeting all customers, managing appointments, desking deals, and any required vehicle appraisals along with the product advisor. Meeting with service and sales coordinators to ensure timely service turnover will be an important part of this role. With exceptional communication skills, you will be part of the cohesive team in ensuring all active customers are handled appropriately, in-person and online.

As the ideal candidate, you are passionate about the automotive industry and enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service. You are proven to be organized, reliable and a self-starter. Experienced in establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, you have strong interpersonal skills and customer empathy. You possess an understanding of consumer buying habits and motives and are excited to be part of a motivated team. You possess the ability to work independently and within a team environment to participate collaboratively within the business to ensure achievement of objectives.
